“Excellent stay”
Love our stay in this hotel. The reception staff is helpful and kind. Its a great base for the alpine route. The outdoor onsen is really pretty, we enjoyed it very much. “Good onsen experience”
Lovely open air onsen and great products to try. Overall good customer service. Breakfast was cleared too soon without a refill. Staff could not articulate very well the different kaiseki dishes. Room was cozy with great view. Actually spotted a bear afar.
