The environment is clean and tidy. When you stay in a non-smoking room, you really can’t smell the smell of smoke at all. Hotel Wingport Nagasaki is just across the street from Nagasaki Station making it a good base to explore the city as just about every tram and bus route bypasses Nagasaki Station even though no main sight is actually near the station area.
