This was an amazing experience during our 8-day stay in August, 2019. The staff is so helpful, the apartment was clean and big enough for the 3 of us. Nice panorama from the balcony and it was so nice to have a washer during our weekly stay. A/C was a little messy from time to time, but they offered us an option to switch to another room in order to have it fixed. Very good location, close to almost anything in Naha. The check in with Sun was extremely easy and he was so helpful to answer all our questions. Even to book a tour for us in japanese over the phone. Did I mention that the whole crew there speak very good english? Which was of great surprise, especially after Tokyo, where it was difficult to communicate in english. Well, the rooms might be touched up a bit, especially the bathroom, but the cost was decent so no complains for us. Thank you guys for the great stay we had with you. Hope to be back one day.

“Good, large room, but a bit noisy”

I got a one-room apartment in this complex, larger than the standard Japanese ones. There is a small but very functional kitchen, a Western-style bathroom, and a large room with balcony. You get a great deal of autonomy in this place, but the location is a bit inconvenient. I would say it's great if you go there by car or motorcycle (they offer parking). In any case, restaurants and convenience stores are not far away. I do not have any complaints, except the room was quite noisy: the window offers zero insulation, in terms of sound, light, and heat, so don't plan of oversleeping too much and turn on the AC.

My friend and I were stayed here for 2 nights. It was located close to a monorail station and bus terminal as well. For this trip, we rented a car. So It was very convenient for us and the apartment also have car park but it has to pay more additional charge. We rented 1 bedroom for 3 persons but 1 bedroom which is separated doesn't have the air condition. It's fine for winter season but it's not good summer (Summer in Japan was very hot). At that time, the room have a bit kitchenette smell. I think it because last visitor might have been cooked in the room. In term of the cost, It still value for money!

This place may look unpreposessing bit is in fact absolutely fine. The doors are along a walkway looking like the doors to prison cell, but do not despair! Inside the rooms are practical and clean, if a little small. The hotel appears to have been completely renovated. The rooms have all you need: washing machine, drying space on the balcony, wi-fi, equipment for cooking including a microwave and rice cooker. Fancy Japanese lavatory and bathroom, too, plus good beds. There are a couple of restaurants very close by. -- try Sam's -- and various buses run past the door. It is not a particularly interesting neighbourhood but otherwise this place is fine.
