This is the BEST place to stay if you only need 1 night before your flight the following morning. The staff at the front desk were lovely and quick. The room we had was a small room, but it was what I was EXPECTING. It was clean and smelt nice, the bathroom was also very clean but had a bath and some amenities for a shower, so I didn't have to unpack my suitcase. Listen for 1 night it is the only place I'd ever stay. Its super convenient to go downstairs for some dinner at one of the many restaurants landside at the terminal.(Lawson's in on the ground floor outside if you just want quick and cheap food options). The check out in the morning was seamless and in no time I was lining up to jump on my flight to Tokyo.

After a flight from the US west coast transiting through Haneda, we decided to overnight here rather than continuing through to Kyoto. After a flight from the US west coast transiting through Haneda, we decided to overnight here rather than continuing through to Kyoto. This was a few days after Japan reopened to independent travelers. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the central building between the north and south wings. There is elevator access available on the 2nd floor (the arrivals floor). It is across the aisle from 551 Horai, a popular takeout food counter. The hotel met all my requirements in an airport hotel: good-sized, well-equipped room that was cool, clean, quiet with a comfortable bed and pillow. The only sound we could here was the whisper from the A/C.

“Stuck by the typhoon”

I was planning to just sleep on a bench inside the airport but... it was closed. And outside it was so windy because of the incoming typhoon, so I was considering many options when a young japanese guy came talk to me. And he showed me this hotel which was quite hidden (it was midnight) by the dark… more

I was planning to just sleep on a bench inside the airport but... it was closed. And outside it was so windy because of the incoming typhoon, so I was considering many options when a young japanese guy came talk to me. And he showed me this hotel which was quite hidden (it was midnight) by the dark. Of course taking a room for just one night (a few hours, to be honest) was expensive but the staff was really nice and kind and the morning after I did not have to walk a long way to the gate before getting on the plane back home. Also, among all the (love) hotels in the nearby area this one was very quiet.

Comfortable, handy hotel for those flying in or out of Osaka Itami Airport. Very helpful staff, easy checkin, simple but comfortable room and large, well-equipped bathroom with deep tub ... most welcome sight after long international flight from North America, via Narita. Comfortable, handy hotel for those flying in or out of Osaka Itami Airport. Very helpful staff, easy checkin, simple but comfortable room and large, well-equipped bathroom with deep tub ... most welcome sight after long international flight from North America, via Narita. Japanese breakfast available (at reasonable cost) but there’s also a Dean and Deluca right next to the hotel lobby for light breakfast. There are also a number of other restaurants in airport concourse. The hotel is right inside terminal, upstairs (to 3rd floor) after you claim luggage. Not much signage to help but there’s an airport info desk on main floor of airport that can guide you.
