“Best Trip”

The hotel is near the Nankai Namba Station, and it’s quite a walk to Dotonbori. There are a lot of stores nearby so you don’t need to worry for shopping. The hotel offer a lot of amenities for the toiletries. The staff is nice and helpful and also the room is quite comfy

This was a fantastic hotel as a base to take day trips in the Kansai region. Although the room was compact, it was very well designed, where the separate rooms for the toilet and shower allowed us to utilize the space efficiently. We also received a very warm welcome from Park, and enjoyed partaking in the evening happy hour (1 free drink per person per evening plus free food or 500¥ per drink after that). The hotel also provided tons of freebies (hair treatment, bubble bath, toys, tea, and coffee) at the lobby. The location was great as it is right outside the Namba station (use exit 5 if getting on the Osaka Metro) and a 10-minute walk to both Dotonbori and Kuromon Market. The room itself was very quiet, and the blackout shade provided the serenity and darkness that we needed to cure our jet lag. The room also had a safe, tea kettle, an air freshener, and a foot massager. I also loved the full-size amenity bottles. I’d note that the hotel only provides room cleaning on the 3rd day of your stay, but they do change towels and trash every day. It wasn’t an issue for us as we are pretty tidy, and the schedule works out during our 4-night stay. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel was everything you could need and want! It was close to the train station and easy to reach even with our suitcases. The surrounding area is lovely and has lots of great eateries to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were perfect. We stayed in a twin room which was a decent size (when considering how small Japan hotel rooms are), and we stored our suitcases under our beds so we had more room. The bathroom was also decent and you had a bath and shower, and a bidet. The beds were comfortable for me (firm mattress, very soft pillows). We also had included in the room: a good hairdryer, air con, foot massager (amazing addition!!), mini fridge, complimentary water, great wifi, a safe, and lots of amenities to help yourself too in reception. There were black out blinds in the room which was amazing as I find it hard to sleep with light! You are asked to leave your rubbish/towels outside of your room if you want bins empties or new towels, and they will also give you more water as well. The only con/negative I would raise is that the walls/floors/ceilings are thin. Luckily for the majority of our stay we had considerate neighbours and we also tried to be quiet for others, but if someone is talking loudly or ‘lumping’ around you will hear it. All in all the hotel was lovely and I would absolutely recommend to others, and also would return in future.

Stayed here with my mum and had a really comfortable experience overall. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made a good first impression. The room is on the smaller side, but it’s well laid out and works comfortably for two people. We especially appreciated that the toilet, shower, and sink are all separated—it made getting ready much more convenient without having to wait on each other. The location is great and made it easy to get around. Beds were comfortable, and the added touch of a foot massager was a nice bonus after a long day out. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.
