It's my second trip to Osaka and I chose to stay again in Hotel Androoms. The location is quite convenient. The Hommachi station is just 5 minutes walk and for me,it's somehow centralized since you can either go to Namba side or Shin Osaka side. Once you're in a subway you'll be connected to any places of Osaka. There's also convenient stores nearby ( Mini stop , Family Mart, and 7/11). There's no buffet breakfast here, it's an ala carte French cuisine which you need to order the night before. The rooms are somehow quite spacious ( comparing to rooms I've stayed in Europe). It's clean and they do have a mini fridge, kettle and toiletries are supplied but water bottle are not. Bed are also comfy to sleep, I am quite tall and my feet are not dangling etc. they also do provide some night clothing and room deodorizer. Don't expect to have a city view etc. Since I am always out, I don't really care about that. Also, it is quiet at night which is really helpful when you're tired and just wanted to get a good rest. Moreover, there is an ATM downstairs along with a vending machine for drinks and also a coin operated washing machine where you can do laundry. I recommend this hotel and if in any case I'll go back to Osaka, I will still book this hotel.

Walking distance for Shinsabaibashi, and Amerikamura is no more than 20 minutes. Several small cafés and restaurants plenty of locals, convenience stores, and Bento boxes sellers at lunchtimes on streets nearby. Room was very quiet, no noise, good bedding, excellent toilettes. Great staff, ready to help. · Breakfast can be choosen only the day before and some options may not be avaliable.

I paid well under one hundred Aud for the room so I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. It had everything I required except an in-room safe. I requested a room with a window which I could open. Apparently there are very few rooms available that open - but I did get one - which meant that I was at the back of the hotel very close to the back of the adjacent building - however I preferred that to no fresh air. I am appreciative that the staff met my request. Mattresses are on the raised floor. May be challenging for people who have mobility problems. The mattresses themselves were very comfortable . If you are noise sensitive I suggest you ask for a room away from the elevators . The free set breakfast menu options was quiet limited - and for someone who does not eat meat and bread - a basic fruit bowl was the only option. However for room price I paid, I was happy to buy my breakfast elsewhere. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location - about 30 minute walk to many of the places you'll likely want to visit. I would stay here again if I can get a similar low price.

We stayed in a Double Room. It was quite small, but adequate for a 1-night stay as a couple. Room was very clean. We liked the convenient location (7 mins walk from Hommachi Station, which serves as a subway interchange for 3 lines). Highly recommended if you are looking for a good value hotel in an accessible location. The neighbourhood is quiet during the weekends, but became lively when we checked out on Monday morning. Reception staff speak English.
