“Exceptional!”
Can't say enough good things about the staff. They were so helpful and attentive. And, made great dinner suggestions. The breakfast is phenomenal! The location makes it easy to get around Osaka. Cozy rooms, small but bright and cheerful. Wish I could have stayed another week.
