“wonderful experience”
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. the guest relations officer Mr. Munir made sure we enjoyed our stay. even at a short notice, Munir made sure we had a wonderful photoshoot in kimonos. he helped us in wearing the kimonos and even took the shots for us. “Good hotel”
Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, bathroom a bit small, staff very helpful and friendly , close to restaurants, Juso station is 7 minutes walk but you need to change to subway to get to Dotonbori, clean, we haven’t tried food because was pricey

“First nights in Japan ....... great experiance.”
Quiet, clean hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Close to Juso metro station. We used public transport from ITAMI airport. Tasty breakfasts, both European and Japanese cuisine. Guest rooms offer air conditioning and a refrigerator, geting online easy as free wifi is available.

I have been to this hotel in 2 occasions, at the beginning and at the end of my trip to Japan. It has what you expect.
