“親切なフロントスタッフさん / Kind receptionists”
先週末、スポーツの試合で怪我をして緊急外来が見つからず、もう寝たいが一心で当日予約でお世話になりました。チェックインをご担当された夜勤のフロントの方、バックにおられたマネージャーさんに怪我のことを話して、部屋で休んでいました。 夜中に痛みに耐えられなくて、タクシーで緊急外来病院へ行きました。病院へ行く際、ホテルへ戻ってきた際は、フロントにはスタッフさんが不在でした。 翌朝チェックアウトの際に朝のフロントの女性スタッフさん（2名）が私の状態を伺ってくださり、夜中に自分で緊急外来にかかったことなどを伝えました。雨が降っており、重たいボストンバッグを持っていたので、フロントのスタッフさんがタク… more
