Typical to most Japanese hotels space is a premium. But if u are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay then check out Via Inn. “Great spot.”
Friendly staff with easy checkin. Look for the 7eleven as the english sign is small. Room was fine and quiet. Close to metro subway for easy access to Osaka and Shin-Osaka stations. 200 metres from Shinsaibashi mall and walk down to Dotonbori. Just great.
