“Convenient location and reasonable hotel although rooms fairly small and basic”
Great location, close to Shinsaibashi shopping strip and walkable to Dotonburi but a street away from the shops so nice and quiet also. Rooms are a little small and quite dated/basic but not enough that its a major issue.

We love this hotel's location, it just near Shinsaibashi station around 2~3mins by walk. The room was quite clean quiet, but my room needs to keep opening the air cleaner to keep it fresh. “Nice hotel in shinsainashi shopping area”
I would say their location great and can access to many places within 10-15 mins. The room was nice and clean. You can walk 5 mins to find good restaurants or get quick meal from convenient store. The shopping street is very near.
