“Excellent value for money”
If you follow the hotel instructions for finding it there are no problems. Very kind, helpful staff. I was in Treno but trains very quiet on 7th floor. “nice intro to Japan”
just a stones throw away from the station and very comfortable. We ended up getting 2 linked rooms which was very comfortable for 4 of us. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was a nice mix. Great for an overnight stay.

“Convenient base, but bring earplugs”
Shin-Osaka Station Hotel scores on location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the positives are offset by constant noise: trains rumble past all night and, on the top floor, the roof-mounted AC units add a steady drone. “Next door to shin-osaka station”
Old hotel, but most of everything working well. They have a shortcut access from east exit of Shin- osaka hotel, very convenient if you traveled by train. A convenient store and budget friendly family restaurant available at next to the shortcut from shin-osaka station to hotel lobby.
