“Best Hotel in Osaka”
The location is good near the Tourist spots . It has free shuttle service so it is easy to commute going to train station. Their rooms are clean and has complete toiletries. “Well located and comfy”
Great location. Helpful staff- really smooth late night check in. Clean and comfy - although (as expected in Japan) small room. Nice breakfast included in room cost. Very convenient for train connections. Close to mall and food court with excellent food selection

“Good rest at hotel”
I find the hotel location not that fantastic - maybe I was not too familiar with the area. However, what was great was the availability of free shuttle bus service from hotel to Osaka station in the morning, and free service back to hotel in the night. The room was reasonable in size. “Very convenient hotel”
The hotel is a very convenient hotel near umeda. It is an excellent hotel because we will hanging out at night at bars and donki. Moreover, there is a street nearby with many small japanese restaurants. You can go there to have a ramen and beer within a minute.

“Good value Hotel!!!”
I stay for 5 night in 2 types of room, 2 nights at Economy Double and 3 nights at King Double. It is because most of the room is full. The room is good, clean and comfortable, especially of the Kind Double room. The hotel is a bit far away from Osaka station, it need to walk around 15 to 20 minutes… more
