“Great hotel”
Great hotel, really nice and friendly staff. Downside... the breakfast selection. Rooms nice and clean. Hotel close to train and metro station. Would recommend.

“Would stay again”
Comfortable. Great helpful staff. Short walk to Osaka station. Clean, quiet with great air conditioning. Room was good size however we didn’t have suitcases. Sending suitcases to destinations saved hauling them on trains and through stations. Well worth it.

“Pleasant Stay”
I stayed at Umedaholic for 11 nights. My room was clean and comfortable. It had modern amenities and a friendly staff who were helpful when I approached them.
