“Very convenient hotel at Osaka”
Very nice hotel conveniently located above the Osaka JR station, just a few steps away from several large malls. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Each floor is very large with multiple rooms but housekeeping is very efficient. There are also vending machines on each floor.

“Dream day in Osaka”
A very friendly and helpful staff. From the general manager to the bellboy. Were understanding and accommodating for an important service that made our short stay in Osaka great! Shows a real understanding of the human condition and that little niceties make the world a better place. Top service!

“Great hotel near rail station ”
Great location for rail travel room was a good size and clean. Plenty of restaurants within connected buildings and department stores. We actually did not go outside the complex to eat no need to. “Disappointing”
Lot of noise from trains below even though we were on 24th floor. No safe in our room but I see they do have them. Very cracked wash basin with discoloured sealant that might have been mould- a bad sight. Lots of staff on 19th floor, reception - pleasant but little English spoken and no queries s... more

“Average stay in old stufffy hotel with good locationood.”
Hotel had a prime.location close to main osaka station. Making it easy to find it above ground. But the staff were a bit stuffy, few were keen to engage in English and the hotel felt old and dated. The large number of rooms and high turnover made it feel very eager to just take us without any war... more
