Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly; easy to communicate with & helpful. This was a great location for a holiday, we were able to find our way around easily enough & there were lots of options for meals nearby, also public transport was nearby, even if you need to get an uber or taxi it’s not too expensive to get around. Breakfast was good. Rooms are nice & clean, good standard.

“Dark but convenient”

“Avoid this hotel (if travelling with baby, kids, seniors)”

Location Around 10 mins walk from Nankai Railway Station. Remember that Nankai Railway is different from JR Namba station. They are two different locations. Located on the shopping street with lots of luxury brands. Hotel located just behind Fendi and Korean embassy so it is very safe for single female traveller. Around 5 mins walk to Hermes, Daimaru, Celine, LV, Parco and also the subway station. Lots of restaurants nearby and one Family Mart just across the road. Atomosphere ............Not suitable if travelling with baby, kids and seniors as both corridor and room lighting is too dim. I requested one floor lamp and desk lamp for my room but still not good enough. Rooms Spacious, clean & tidy and I requested high floor due to long stay for over one week. City view, nothing special as expected. Bathroom and toilet located separately. The bath room is not friendly user as there is no space for you to hand the towel/clothes. You had to hang them outside the bathroom's door. Strange design. Totally unacceptable. Location of the ceiling light and wall picture were not at the good position and I hit my head on the ceiling light and also the wall picture near my pillow. Amenities Washing/drying machine near the room entrance and I did use it daily due to the hot weather in Osaka. The driver told me it was 40 degree and it will even hotter in August this year. Shampoo, conditioner and bath soup all made in UK. Refa hair dryer provided and coffee machine with tea bags and two free coffee bags plus two free bottled water. Front desk service All of them were very good except one young beautiful lady who seemed not so patient to all guests (except Japanese). I did ask her one question one evening and her face was rude. Her attitude was the same when facing all other foreigners. Room rate Acceptable and I am a ToykyuStay member for long. But you can find better hotel with the same rate (if washing /drying machine inside the room is not a must item). As it is so hot this year in Osaka this year, I strongly suggest to find hotel with direct access with subway station. Will I stay this hotel again? NO for sure due to safety concern. The lighting was too dim at the corridor and also inside the room; I travel different countries over 30 years and this is my first time to see such lighting arrangement.
