“Budget hotel with onsen”
We traveled with two kids (14 & 11) anf usually stayed in budget hotels. Our room is twin room with an extra bed. Location: Just behind Takeo JR station, with big free carpark, so very convenient. Takeo is a sleepy onsen town, so dine early or have hotel staff help you with booking. “Accessible location, and comfortable spacious twin room”
Kumamoto to Takeo Onsen by train took only 1h18 mins. Takeo Onsen in Western Saga Prefecture is a small onsen town. “100% customer-focused hotel, ichiban!”
Location of the hotel is strategic, just right behind the JR station. 10-minutes walk to the Sakuramon and the public bath, 20-minutes walk to the Takeo Shrine and Public Library.
