“Probably 3.5 stars, really”
Good, but basic onsen experience; three pools, one outside; no hot air sauna or steam room; standard dinner was decent; breakfast buffet is adequate; room was spacious and clean; no wifi in rooms, only in the lobby; service, as it always is in Japan, is excellent
