“Good value”
If you are looking for a good Basic hotel, this is the place. It's located a few minutes walk away from Hamamatsu shinkansen station, malls, restaurants and bars. “Good value for money.”
Room - Sufficiently spacious. Clean and tidy. Bathroom - Small but acceptable size. Clean and tidy. Staff - Did not have much of an interaction as the tour director had already checked us in. Location- Excellent. Near the station and several shops around. Breakfast - Very good.

“Nice building but dated rooms”
Hotel is in central location across May One shopping mall. We only stayed here 1 night as part of a tour package. Nice building, although rooms were dated but relatively clean. “Clean and comfortable”
This was an on tour hotel, and it was clean and comfortable the decour was a bit tired and our toilet malfunctioned in the morning, as were only there one night we reported it on the way out. Beds were clean and comfortable, breakfast was a buffet, well presented and good choices.

“Near a Great Mall”
3.5 stars for the older style of the room. Thin robes, old school with radio in nightstand, one floor mirror and small mirror in room, small TV, fridge, slippers you can’t take with you, no USB ports. Breakfast was good. If you like shopping, May One is a great mall within walking distance.
