We settled on this hotel after weighing up the cost of staying up in Shinjuku/Shinuya or staying further out and travelling. Good decision. Location. We landed at Haneda and if you get the Monorail, it's approx 15-20 minutes from T3/International and you don't have to step out onto the street as the hotel is within the complex at the Tennozu Isle Monorail Station - although Google suggests you've a 10-minute walk. There's also a shuttle bus available to Narita Airport if required. You're a 10 minute ride on the Monorail to the last stop on the line which is also an interchange for other lines or the Tennozu Isle subway station is no more than 5 minutes walk for various other connections. It's on it's own little "island" and there's plenty of dining options including 2 restaurants within the hotel, a luxury restaurant including dinner cruises and several small restaurants within the complex plus more if you cross the street and wander round. There's also a 7-11 for general shopping, an art & crafts shop and a theatre within the whole complex and more locally. Check-in was as efficient as you'd expect and throughout our stay the staff were all as polite/pleasant as you'd expect. We stayed as part of our wedding anniversary and a family member arranged a bottle of fizz for us on the big day - hotel staff duly arrived and presented us with the bottle along with a sponge cake each and a card, so "Thank You very much" to the hotel staff. Our room overlooked the Port/Bay and we had great views of the Rainbow Bridge as well as Odaiba, with the Ferris Wheel putting on a great display every night. We barely heard any noise from neighbouring rooms or outside. Room size was as expected for Tokyo at this price bracket - I'd say about average for a large city, well supplied with toiletries, nightwear, teas & water although coffee pods were extra. But watching the Ferris Wheel was enough entertainment for me. As of May 2019, all rooms are smoke free. Dining. We ate in one night at the "Grand Cafe" and the food & service were good. An a la carte or buffet option is available - we opted for a la carte but he buffet selection looked equally appealing. There's also a Tepanyaki restaurant on the 28th floor and although we weren't able to dine there, the sight, smell & sound of steak was tempting. There's a breakfast discount available to residents and we took full advantage on one morning. There were a few evenings where a solo violinist or a string quartet played music and we sat in reception area and just relaxed. Overall, we thought this was a lovely hotel, and the lower price associated with staying further away from the centre of Tokyo - given the ease of getting around - makes it all the better

“Excellent and easy from Haneda airport ”

Comfortable hotel in a quiet business area - incredibly easy to get to from Haneda Airport via the monorail (which accepts JR Rail Pass) - the monorail is literally accessible from within the hotel building. Comfortable hotel in a quiet business area - incredibly easy to get to from Haneda Airport via the monorail (which accepts JR Rail Pass) - the monorail is literally accessible from within the hotel building. Staff were lovely. I was unwell and had excellent support from Tokyo Seafort Clinic which is in the same complex. Breakfast was a rather eclectic mix of dishes, the only reason why we’ve rated 4 and not 5 stars.

First hotel on our multi city Japan holiday. Monorail from the airport almost to the door, very good. Immaculate rooms, containing everything you could need for your stay. Didn't use the restaurant, as it was very expensive but several places to eat nearby in the seafort complex. Great views, very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. All in all , a very pleasant experience, however, we've marked it as a 4/5 because there was an extra charge of ¥2500 for us to book into our room an hour early, not appreciated after travelling none stop half way round the world and we were exhausted. ¥5000 was wanted to book in 2 hours early, not good customer experience. As a comparison we've arrived in a Singapore hotel 7 hours before official check in time and been immediately given our room, at no extra charge. This level of care goes a long way.
