Let me just say that this hotel have one of the best customer service. Out of his way, Fujisaki help us figuring out a way to go to narita airport without the hassle of carrying our luggage to the airport. We have large heavy luggage and I forgot to look up away to go to narita airport. When we came to japan my luggage was pretty much empty lol but after shopping etc... we ended up with 28kg luggage x 2. We saw they offer sending luggage to the airport the day before with fee but it was quite expensive, so Fujisaki helped us looked up other company to send our luggage but also expensive depending on the size. He helped us measure the luggage but also if the company decided that it is a little to big the price will go up significantly. He suggested that we go to tokyo station and take direct bus and so we ended up taking the bus which is way cheaper so we didn't have to carry our luggage. We took a taxi from APA hotel to tokyo station and that cost us 1200 yen and the bus driver help us with our luggage and the bus cost 1300 yen per person. This hotel is in a pretty good location. About 15 walk to tokyo station and about 15 walk to tsukiji. The room is small, but I know it will be small so I am totally fine with that. The room it self is clean and have all of the amenities that you need. They even have hair ties, body scrubs towel, razor, etc... one thing I wish they have was hand or body lotions but I didn't really care because I brought my own from home. Anyways I would recommend this hotel for cheap affordable accommodation and good service. It is not perfect but it is almost everything you need. I did had some problems with wifi but they help me with the wifi and the problem was solved. Thank you! 😊

“Functional hotel with a flaw, quite a concerning one”

In general I love this hotel but I didn't get a good sleep most of the time! The thing I like about it is that it is quite new, small but slightly larger than the smallest (lolll), I requested high floor and they did give me a room on the high floor. Location is at the fringe of Ginza which is ok for me, nothing too exciting in the vicinity. However, the single most difficult issue I encountered was the blanket, too thick too hot! I could hardly fall asleep and so just beware of it. In general I would recommend this hotel if the temperature is not likely a concern to you.

“new hotel within walking distance to tsukiji and ginza”

the rooms are kind of small but clean. however its kind of a new hotel so its comfy and have good amenities. there is a tub for shower and a refrigerator. the mattress is kind of soft and pillow is very thin. location wise its very convenient and near to the metro train.

We stayed at the APA Hotel Shintomicho Ekikita December 29, 2018 – January 1, 2019. This is a business hotel but since we are a family of four it was less expensive for us to stay in two room vs hotel that had a room available and could accommodate a family of four. This being a business hotel meant a plain and simple room. The room had a comfortable double bed, a desk chair, small refrigerator, toilet, shower/tub. The room was very small but was clean and comfortable. The room included the standard items found in hotels, inns throughout Japan.. slippers, robe, toothbrush, hair brush, and the standard soaps. The room price even included a daily buffet breakfast which was served at a different APA hotel just a few buildings down the street. The hotel is walking distance to the Ginza district Tsukiji Market and Tokyo station. The hotel has several train stations within walking distance. The Yurakucho, Hibiya, Asakusa and Keiyo lines were all very close to the hotel making it an ideal launching point to get around the Tokyo area. If you are looking for a clean, no frills hotel then take a look at the APA Hotel Shintomicho Ekikita.
