“Love it for its location to Keisei Ueno Skyliner.”
Went in February, wintry cold weather at sub 10 celsius. APA Keisei Ueno has the best location if you intend to take the Keisei Skyliner train to Narita airport. “A good choice convenient to the airport”

“Excellent location to Ueno, but poor setup for luggage storage.”
I stayed at this hotel for its proximity to ueno Park at the time of the Cherry blossom, and for its proximity to the sky liner to Narita. The location is superb.
