They provide all the basic amenities and also make your bed if you opt for it each morning. The rooms are very small and congested, there's hardly any space for two people to sit or stand when you settle your luggage on the floor. However, the worst part is, they don't have a dining place for breakfast, you've to take it to your congested rooms and eat. Moreover, the breakfast menu is extremely limited and not at all friendly for vegetarians!

“My cousin stayed here”

My cousin stayed here while visiting me, lots of awesome places to eat nearby And the Yamanote line at Tamachi station is helpful for getting around. One thing to note is that the rooms are small but it is a budgetish place and really, you’re never there anyway.

Small rooms but otherwise comfy amenities and facilities. Stayed with family. Very close to train connections to Haneda as well as main Yamanote line stations. Lots of restaurants walking distance to the hotel as well as convenience stores and supermarkets. Recommended.

Imagine a modern Japanese Businessman hotel 100 meters from mita ststion, clean, rooms the size of a closet, no closet for your clothes or suitcase; in other words, not for tourists. Imagine a pencil thin 14 story hotel, twelve rooms per floor, with an atrium in the center open to the sky. Never saw a place where it rains inside. One can overlook all this but for a fatal design flaw - one slow, slow elevator serving all floors. Remember, 14 floors, 12 rooms per floor, do the math. In the morning plan a 5-10 minute wait to get to or from the lobby. Couldn't use the stairs as I couldn't find any. The lobby is tiny, no place to meet or sit and always crowded. Otherwise, reasonably priced. This is an interesting hotel chain of you are staying for more than 2 nights, recommend the Mystay chain.pay a bit more but a better experience. After dozens of trips to Japan, I get a feel for what hotels are good for business trips or for tourism. One thing I am always impressed is the BBC bathrooms, while small, have a better level than in Europe, China or US.

The hotel is only for you to rest and no other things to do. There is no special entertainment nor adequate sofas for you to seat. A very compact and has very small bedroom for 2. You have to put your luggage between the beds. Bathroom is moderate size for 1 person. The location is good for you if you work near the harbor of Tokyo. Near there? NOTHING because it is an office district with lots of descent restaurants. It is kind of noisy when you open the window even at night. The neighbor still working by slamming and throwing the materials. Not only that, the hotel is facing the road which so many trailers and trucks passing by in front of the hotel because they are heading to the city harbor. If you close the window, the aircon will not work well because they set as warm due to weather that I went to: SPRING. Hotel price also not cheap.
