Pros - Quite and Peaceful Surroundings - Supermart at Walking Distance - To and Fro Shuttle to Disneyland (Maihama Station) at timely intervals - Daily goodies at the reception from face masks to bath salts - Foot Massager in Rooms is big relief after long day in Disneyland Cons - Penalty charge for 10 mins delay in vacating the room was non appreciable. I understand the importance of time in Japan but still. - Limited options in breakfast for non japanese. It was totally Japanese

“Great hotel nearby Tokyo Disneyland”

Hiyori hotel is located nearby Tokyo Disneyland and provides an excellent value for money compared to many other hotels in the area. Hiyori hotel is located nearby Tokyo Disneyland and provides an excellent value for money compared to many other hotels in the area. Interior is basic, rooms are small but typically standard japanese size. The bathroom is in comparison relatively big. Cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is more than enough and has a nice variety. A hotel shuttle bus brings and picks you up from nearby Maihama JR trainstation, which is also at the entrance of Disneyland. Staff are very friendly and motivated. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s a great hotel service .staff are very accommodating.ramen bar is so good breakfast is full of menu.from main menu up to dessert and drinks was good. I definitely recommend to my friends .thanks to all staff of this wonderful hotel.continue your good work

“Clean but small with great breakfast”

4 of us stayed in a bunk bed room here whilst we went to Disneyland. 4 of us stayed in a bunk bed room here whilst we went to Disneyland. The hotel was very clean, but the room itself was tiny for 4 people plus luggage and was the smallest room we’d stayed in during our Japan stay. There was a free shuttle bus to/from the hotel to Maihama station which is where the Disney monorail operates from. It only operates at specific times of the day and I’ve attached the schedule which was in place when we stayed. They were pretty good about trying to fit everyone on the bus, but it did have a capacity limit, and we felt the pressure to make sure we got a seat. We later realised that there was a public bus to/from Disney sea that was quicker than the monorail/ shuttle and only involved a 5 min walk to the hotel. There were 3 combined washer/dryer machines for the whole hotel, and they took coins. We used them and they were ok, but like a lot of those combined machines, the clothes were still a bit damp when they came out, so we hung them in the wardrobe section of the room. There was a free meal at night of rice and Japanese condiments. We also had buffet breakfast included and it was a very good spread with lots of Japanese and western options. We went to the local sushi restaurant for dinner that was recommended by another reviewer and it was great (Hamazushi). Whilst the hotel claimed to have a pillow library to choose from, it was mainly empty during our stay and the pillows in the rooms weren’t very comfortable. The staff at the desk were friendly but didn’t speak much English and there was a problem with the lock on our room door one afternoon that took them an hour or so to fix, which left us waiting at reception.
