“Nice place to stay”
We stayed at Listel Hotel for 7 nights. It was really beyond our expectations. The room were small but clean. The staff really nice and helpful. The hotel is near kabukicho. I would recommend this Hotel ❤️

“Maintenance problems not resolved”
The good part was the location and a bit more spacious than places closer to Shinjuku station. About a 10 minute walk to 2 different Metro stations. The room was very quiet and friendly staff. Disadventage: -small room -bathroom very small -Smell's not good -If anyone want to book this hotel, You should choose non-smoking room. Because in the smoking floor, all the rooms have bad smell. Adventage: -Staff is good -Good location -Great price
