“A good choice”
Clean room, friendly staffs. Decent breakfast selection. Hotel in very good location to a lot of places. However the rooms can be brighter, but that is a personal preference.

“Pleasant stay in Saitama Shintoshin ”
This hotel just 5 mins walk to JR Shintoshin station and famous Cocoon 1-3 shopping mall just nearby. Guest room is well designed and clean. Enough space to place two 29” luggage and unfold. “Conveniently located but no parking space”
This is a new hotel opened since 2017. The rooms are quite spacious in the Japanese standard. It is conveniently located next to the Shintoshin station and few other shopping malls. All within walking distance for shopping and dinning. However this hotel has no parking space.

“Great place to stay if you want a great room and good access to public transport”
Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very clean and nice and the staff very helpful. It is clearly in an office district so don't expect a busy nightlife. But is it almost on top of the station so easy access to the rest of Tokyo area. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Saitama area.

“Very nice hotel”
The rooms are a bit small, even by Japanese standards, but very clean with all the necessary accommodations. The breakfast had a large variety of items, both traditional Japanese and western style choices. The hotel is located to some good shopping as well as the railway.
