“Perfect Place to Stay!”
The staff was incredible. They helped us so much from luggage transfers to helping us find yummy places to eat. We had a mix up with our travel group, which hotel we were going to next, the staff caught this and adjusted that for us, otherwise our luggage would have been in the wrong place. The … more

“Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro”

“Good hotel, great location”
Great hotel in an amazing location, right next to Ikebukoro station. Only downside for me it was very small for my family other than it was great. Also swimming pool to use there’s a fee. Which I was very surprised by I have always been able to use the hotel pool as guests.

“Was given an old unremodeled room”
I was here back in January. I was given an old old tiny room. I thought they were all like that and was surprise how much it was that what I paid for. Didn’t realized that I had an unremodeled room till I saw my friend’s room. So make sure you ask for the new one.

This is a perfectly located hotel next to a major Tokyo station. The lobby is grand with multiple restaurants on site.
