Booked this hotel for 5 nights. Booked superior twin room having 3 single beds as it helps with a family of 3. We need 1 bag just to stack and open the luggage. Booked this hotel for 5 nights. Booked superior twin room having 3 single beds as it helps with a family of 3. We need 1 bag just to stack and open the luggage. Room size was decent as per Japan standard. Washroom had a decent size. Breakfast spread was good but repetetive. Early checkin before 12.00 not possible and even at 12, its chargeable at 6000 Yen. standard checkin time is 15.00 which is late in my opinion. The most important thing is that if you are coming there by train, then please take the North Exit of the Omori Station to reach hotel. East/ West exits are opposite size and far with an overhead bridge in between. We made that mistake and dont want anyone should make that mistake of travelling with luggage on that overhead bridge. The only issue is that if there is a baby stroller withh you, then North exit from the station involves few stairs to reach the ground level and then there is no elevator going down but there is an escalator which is not a problem with luggage. Staff was least courteous and was not very polite to talk to and they understand little english. Theres a Lawsons in front of hotel and is a big saver. Also, there is an Italian restaurant near the hotel (200 Mtr) away by the name of "Isola Felice" a small restaurant but good Italian food. There is also a nepalese restaurant near the hotel which was Ok-Ok. Hotel only serves breakfast and there is no other food service. Can consider if travelling with family/ business.

“Good sized budget room with yummy breakfast”

Good size room for Tokyo, good breakfast with excellent miso. Close to big shopping centre, food court, local restaurants. A. It quieter than some suburbs but handy with the train line.

We had stayed in another hotel in the same hotel chain previously, Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho so we knew this hotel would also be good. I requested a room on higher floors and we got a room on 9/F. We got a nice surprise when we got out of the lift. The inside of the hotel where the rooms are is not enclosed. It is "hollow"! We had the very roomy Comfort 2 beds room again (1 king and 1 sofa bed), 28m2. Breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. It even had homemade tofu! My favourite item was in the dessert section, the Sticky rice red bean paste item. So yummy! Apart from the standard drinks, it even had apple cider vinegar and kale juice! No other hotel we stayed in had the sticky rice item and kale juice!

“Clean and convenient hotel while visiting Tokyo”

We stayed at this hotel during our time in Tokyo. We were part of a group tour. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Across the street there is convenience store, small but well stocked. A 2 minutes walk from the train station with sidewalks and very safe area. The rooms didn't have any drinking water. We arrived late at night and tired. It was very disappointed that there was no drinking water available at the hotel, so we had to walk across the street to the konbini. Our room didn't have a closet, only a small area against the wall to hang a couple of shirts, they provided pajamas and slippers. Internet was fast and part of the room rate. The room was clean with a nice view of the area, regular beds. Fast elevator. The breakfast had a good variety and good coffee. The front desk staff was helpful and cordial.
