“Lovely hotel in a great location”
Lovely hotel and staff, great location in central Shinjuku without being in the most busy part. Worked great for us as a family.

“Good hotel, very conveniently located”
We were very pleasantly surprised that in a big city like Tokyo, you can find a hotel with great location, quiet rooms, very good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and bedding very good too. This hotel is an excellent choice in Tokyo!

“Poor experience”
Reception was a let down no early check in even after a 14 hour flight adamant check in was1 pm onwards desperate for a shower and to refresh no chance.
