“simple but good value”
The single room is small but not out of the ordinary for a Japanese business hotel. The room is clean, the Wi-Fi is good and the location is great. It's close to Shinjuku Sanchome subway station and close to many shopping syreets and food clusters. Good value for Shinjuku.

“Pretty good for location and price.”
The hotel was only about 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku train station. Located in a quiet part of Shinjuku but easy access to surrounding shops and restaurants. “Good but not great”
This hotel is clean and located near train and metro stations. It is also right next to the Kabikocho area. Where you can find great restaurants and shopping. However. The bed was very hard and the room was pretty small.
