This hotel was excellent Located in a quiet area, 15 mins walk or 5 mins bus to train station, and 1 stop to Disneyland. The room was very clean and comfortable, though again this is another hotel that only have 1 pillow per person. The lines at reception were always long, so asking for more pillows was a bit difficult so we didn't bother. There were microwaves and rubbish bins in reception area, with a seating area if you wanted take away dining. The hotel also had complimentary sleepwear, toiletries, and other amenities including complimentary pocket warmer pack. Breakfast was very good The complimentary shuttle to Disney goes a few times in the morning and back a few times at night. Also drops off at train station in morning. It's about 25 mins by shuttle to Disneyland and 35 mins to Disneysea Overall very very good

Excellent value, stylish, and very thoughtful service near Tokyo Disney We stayed at Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay during winter, around the holidays and New Year, and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. For the price, this hotel offers incredible value, especially compared to many hotels in Japan. The rooms are larger than the usual small Japanese hotel rooms, which made our stay much more comfortable. From the moment you enter the lobby, the hotel feels fun, colorful, and stylish, with a lively and welcoming vibe. It doesn’t feel generic at all. One thing we really appreciated was the abundance of free amenities. Guests can freely pick up toothbrushes, lotions, slippers, and other essentials. The pajamas were surprisingly premium, thick, slightly heavy, and felt like cotton flannel, not the thin pajamas you usually get at hotels. There is a self-service convenience store inside the hotel where you can easily buy noodles, snacks, candy, milk, water, soft drinks, and toiletries, paying by card at checkout. Another very thoughtful touch is the free miso soup offered near the entrance. Coming back from the cold and being greeted by warm miso soup was comforting and much appreciated. In the mornings, they also handed out pocket warmers, which was such a nice gesture during winter. Since we stayed over the New Year period, the hotel made it extra special for guests. They gave out free vouchers, and on New Year’s Eve, everyone received free noodles, which was a lovely and festive touch. Breakfast was excellent and exceeded expectations. The spread included waffles, pancakes, breads, eggs, sausages, noodles, dim sum, cereals, candy, coffee, milk, and juices. It’s served in a large, spacious dining hall, so it never felt crowded or stressful. The room itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the bathroom was a standout. It was a great size, spotless, and fully stocked with amenities. The rain shower was amazing, especially after being out in the cold all day. The hot, steady water with the rain shower effect felt incredibly relaxing and was even better than the shower at another Tokyo hotel we stayed in a few days earlier. The location is ideal for visiting Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel provides frequent shuttle service to both parks as well as to the nearest train station, making transportation very easy. It’s just a few kilometers from Disney and very convenient. We stayed in winter, but I’m sure the experience is just as enjoyable in summer with a different seasonal twist. Either way, I would absolutely stay here again. For the price, comfort, freebies, and overall service, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Tokyo Disneyland area.

The room was fairly large based on the hotel category. Room was clean with all the amenities. I wished there was a work desk since I was on a business trip but this is understandable since it's supposed to be resort hotel where most of the guests are on holiday. The bathrooom had a good layout and design. The TV featured Japanese-language channels only. I was not sure if it was a Smart TV since the remote control was all Japanese characters. The buffet spread was quite impressive given the price. It had a lot of happy chocies for children since most of the guests were actually there for Disney. And no matter how busy it gets in the morning, the entire restaurant was still orderly and clean. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient. 8-minute drive, 10-minute shuttle bus or 20-minute pleasant walk to the closest train station. The Shin-Urayasu station is attached to a large mall. Lots of good dining options and a couple of large supermarkets. Popular fashion brands were present.
