Stayed here for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. Location The location is excellent, especially if you arrive via JR train from Narita Airport. It’s very convenient—just make sure you choose the correct JR station exit. One thing I really like is that the hotel is on the quieter side of the Shibuya area, so when you cross over from the busy area it suddenly feels calm and relaxing, which is perfect after a long day in Tokyo. It’s also within walking distance to central Shibuya, with several pedestrian connections making it easy to get around. Around the hotel there are convenience stores, restaurants, and small shops, but the area is not overly crowded or chaotic. Room The room is compact as expected in Japan, but the layout is very well designed. For a solo traveler it feels comfortable and practical, with everything you need. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Considering the location and overall quality, it felt very good value for the price paid. You might hear some train sounds during the day, but late at night it becomes quiet and peaceful, so sleeping was not a problem. Check-in / Check-out The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and able to communicate well in English. Overall, a great choice if you want convenient JR access while staying in a quieter part of Shibuya.

I stayed 3 nights in Shibuya in early January. The hotel is located near Shibuya Station, making it easily accessible from Narita Airport by NEX. It is very easy to come and go by train. The hotel has direct access to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is well equipped with complimentary coffee and ice makers. All amenities are available in lobby. There is a vending machine and laundry machine by coin which can be exchanged at reception. Luggage scales are available in lobby to ensure that luggage does not exceed capacity. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. It is very clean and modern, equipped with a portable air purifier. The bathroom is spotless. Sleepwear and slippers are provided for comfort. Will stay again if I back to Tokyo.

We stayed here this year after doing the Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya last year, and on price this one is the clear winner. It also came with more problems. The train noise is noticeably louder here. If you sleep deeply you'll probably be fine, but my partner's mom was in a separate room and couldn't get a good night's sleep. The rooms are also tight on space, which is what you sign up for at a Tokyo hotel like this, so I won't hold that against them much, just go in knowing it. The bigger issue was the AC in one of the rooms. It was clearly broken, but the front desk kept telling us it just needed a reset and that it was normal for it to take a while to kick in. It never did. My partner's mom slept in that room a night with terrible sleep before we kept going back down to complain, and they finally moved her to another room where the AC worked instantly. I figured that would happen, since ours worked fine the whole time. It felt a bit like a room lottery, and wish they'd been more proactive instead of insisting nothing was wrong. To be fair, the front desk was apologetic and did come up to investigate with us, standing on a chair to feel the vents and everything, so it felt less like they didn't care and more like their hands were tied until we pushed hard enough. The rest of the stay was smooth. They helped forward our luggage to our next destination, there's coffee and some basic amenities in the lobby, and the location cannot be beat. The room problem just soured the start of the trip.
