I stayed here for two weeks in June 2023 for budo training w/ a group of training friends. Overall I had a very good experience. There was some interior maintenance happening at the time, so there was no breakfast offered, but there are many options nearby, so that was not a problem. The elevators were also under maintenance, so until the last few days of the trip, there was only one available, and it was _extremely_ blue. I stayed in a non-smoking room and it was perfectly fine, though they do have smoking floors, so if you get off on the wrong floor, it can be a bit much. I don't recall smelling smoke at any other time, so it was not an issue. Otherwise the rooms were completely adequate to my needs, as I largely spent my time out and about, and I found that I had more than enough space without having nearly so much as in a typical American hotel. It took me a bit of tinkering on the first night to sort out the room-key-in-slot-for-power setup, but after that it was easy to work with. Amenities are spread out a bit across floors, but there are signs which direct you where you need to go. The washers and dryers in the hotel laundry were rather old and a bit small, but that was not surprising, and they worked well enough for doing mid-trip laundry. The location was great, right next to Kashiwa Station, which was of course the starting point for much of the group's travel. Desk staff were also great, especially Mindy, who was _extremely_ helpful when one of our group got injured and needed help acquiring crutches. All told I will absolutely consider staying here again when I plan my next trip.

A very practical and nice hotel, there are breakfast, and dinner options for a very fair price, but you Can also go into town and enjoy a huge variety of culinary experiences... Not only Japanese but from kichens from all over the world. Hotel prices are very Fair and transport is very easy hence the train station is within 5 min walk away.

“Nice basic hotel to use as a base”

Travelled here in October and stayed 5 nights, spent most of my time in Noda or in Tokyo but the hotel was clean and comfortable, generally a nice place to stay. Travelled here in October and stayed 5 nights, spent most of my time in Noda or in Tokyo but the hotel was clean and comfortable, generally a nice place to stay. View from the room was a white wall but the room itself was good, included a fridge and a small hotplate with water jug for making tea. Bathroom was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The area outside gets a bit busy after dark, there's a 'club' down the road with a lot of security staff that seem to wander the streets but it didn't seem to create any problems. Close to the train station and there's a nice little French style bakery for breakfast just around the corner.

A very practical and Nice place to stay, very convenient access to the train system and the many interesting places in and around Tokyo not to far away from beautiful shrines, temples and parks as a wide spread possibility of culinary experiences. If you are in to Budo (martial arts) there is a wide range of possible places to explore different types not too many stops away from Kashiwa, an even some in The local area.
