“Nice Comfortable stay”
Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Just across from Shinagawa Station. Hotel gave us a room with an awesome view on the high floor facing the train station. The room are tiny and they do not provide complimentary drinking water though you can go to the pantry at the reception for complimentary coffee/tea. The gotel is located in a SME business district so it is quiet in the night. Not many eating places and the hotel does not serve breakfast.

Very average Japanese business hotel. Limited facilities and amenities (although had a laundry and vending machines). Rooms tiny. The hotel is just a few walk from Sengakuji Station which connects Haneda Airport, Shinagawa, Asakusa, and Narita Airport, so mobility should not be an issue if you are a tourist.
