We booked two rooms, a twin beded and a single bed room. staff are friendly they will greet u whenever you pass by the lobby, making you feel very welcomed. There are common areas where u can sit and have a drink with your friends or even neighbours staying in the property..

“Nice hotel good choise.”

Hotel staff spoke English very well. Easy to arrived at hotel from Ueno or Inaricho station. Easy to travel in Tokyo or nearby. Great Service and clean. Near shop for food or drink. Very quiet. Will back again.

Room: Stayed in a two twin bed room, which was was quite small in comparison to normal American hotels, but it was clean. They require the room to be cleaned at least once every 3 or 4 days. They provided toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, shampoo (can't remember if they provided conditioner), and bath soap. They also provide yukatas as well. The room had a fridge as well. Staff: Polite and nice. They helped us find a place that sold traditional Japanese sweets. We were also able to print documents in black and white for about $0.10 per page. Location: Across the street from a local train station (Inaricho), which was one stop away from a main train station (Ueno). We used the Keisei Skyliner to travel to and from the Narita Airport, which conveniently stops at Ueno station. Since I had a ton of luggage to take back to the states, taking a taxi to Ueno Station in the Keisei area from the hotel was reasonable, like $5 USD. There were also a couple convenience stores within a couple hundred feet that were very convenient as well, including a 7-11 for withdrawing from an ATM. This hotel is also within walking distance ~15 min to Asakusa area (Sensoji temple). They also provide umbrellas when it's rainy. There were lockers available if you wanted to keep any of your items safe, since there are no in-room safes. They also stored our luggage for free in a locked room on our last day after check out until we left for the airport. Overall, great place to stay and would recommend if you don't mind the smallness of the room.
