A well located hotel which is modern in appearance with very pleasant staff. Our room had all features expected and was well appointed. Bedding was good as was the bathroom with separate toilet. “Good stay”
Decent stay, room wasnt too big but it was decent for our stay which was for four days. Don't expect big rooms especially in Tokyo. The area was lovely we were just a few mins walk from the high end street in ginza. Breakfast was decent, didn't have a lot of options for vegetarians/vegans. Staff… more

“Cramped but great location”
Small, cramped superior room as described in other reviews. Nowhere to put luggage and the desk was really a ledge. Nice massage chair but it took up valuable space in the room. Wifi was intermittent. Great location in Ginza and staff were attentive and friendly.
