“Great hotel near Shin Yokahama station.”
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to assist us. It is very convenient for the Shin Yokohama station. “Cute hotel”
This hotel was a surprise. Very elegant lobby and the rooms were nice little small. Lot of places to eat very nice. 5 minutes walking from the Shin Yokohama station east gate. With the JR pass just hop on the Shinkansen to Tokyo Station and on to Akihabara for games and toys.

“Quiet oasis in a busy area”
I liked this hotel. We stayed when the restaurant, bar and room service were closed for renovation so I can't comment on them but there are lots nearby so that wasn't a problem. “Excellent location ”
Stayed only 1 night before catching the Shinkansen to Kyoto. The staff were fantastic and we upgraded to a larger room for a small increase to our original booking cost.
