“Amazing view and nice modern room”
We had a room on the 37th floor overlooking Yokohama and the railway station - the view was amazing! The room is modern and very nice with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location is great if you take the Shinkansen the next morning as the hotel is literally at the railway station.

“Great place to stay”
Nice view good food clean and large rooms. Great location nearby trains ,restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and great buffet. Bar in 42nd floor great view. Many shops in the basement of the hotel. You can catch bullet train in shin yokohama station very close.Easy access to all

“Great place to stay”
My daughter and I went last year. We absolutely loved this hotel. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spotless, location is amazing (very close to the train station and shoppingcenter), food is delicious. “Probably would give this place a 3.75”
We had 2 separate stays during our trip, and booked the sky view room and a regular room. Both rooms had nice view; the regular room was just 5 floors below the sky view room. However we both liked the sky view room more. It had a Dyson which really helped to cool down the room with central heating… more

“Comfortable”
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, but little hard to communicate with. Location perfect near station. Overall, nice stay but some room for improve. Bathroom a bit small, but all good. Would recommend for short stays!
