“Best hotel in tokyo”
The staff are second to none ,I lost my phone in a taxi , no number ,no reciept, the ladies had my phone back within 2 hours , dedicated and professional , my thanks go out to them , the rooms are clean ,amenities all you could ask for. Thankyou Sotetsu.

The Hotel is located within a short walking distance to a subway station, several Convenience stores and Restaurants. The free Breakfast is served in the Lobby and can get very busy at times. “Excellent Hotel to Explore Tokyo.”
An excellent Tokyo hotel with a perfect location beside Kayabacho subway station. Very helpful staff and a good breakfast service. Rooms very small however if you're 6ft 2", and if you have mobility issues, there's a 12" step UP to the bathroom which you might find difficult.
