“Impeccable service”

“Great stay for Sumo basho!”
I had an excellent five-night stay at the Gate Hotel Ryogoku. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the room was impeccable. If you are going to the Sumo tournament the location cannot be beat. Thank you for my view of the Kokugikan!

“Lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar”
Although this was a bit out of the way, (we did walk to Asakusa, but it was a multi train trip to places like Shinjuku and Shibuya) it was quiet, reasonable value, had a great rooftop bar and there was a beautiful garden right opposite.
