Stayed here for the 2nd time. We got 3 rooms and as expected, rooms are well cleaned with amenities that every guest would need. Rooms are small but that is ok since most of the time we are out exploring Tokyo. Location is few minutes walk from the train station. There are convenience store around the area. Nice hotel. One comment though, when we checked in , there were challenges that we've encountered, like in communication. I've asked for a room transfer since my room was assigned in the other nearby building , I wanted that the 3 room be located on one building only. It took a long time for that to process, we were having "problem" with communication.

“Good location and good breakfast.”

Good location, near the main shinjuku area and not far from a metro. Small room but functional. Excellent breakfast with a good mix of Japanese and western food. Usedthe onsen which was an experience but just a tick off the list.

This hotel is located in an excellent, lively neighborhood with a lot of night life and restaurants. They are very strict about the check in time of 15:00 and check out time of 10:00. This hotel is located in an excellent, lively neighborhood with a lot of night life and restaurants. They are very strict about the check in time of 15:00 and check out time of 10:00. The rooms are clean but snug. They have all basic amenities including extra toiletries. The rooms are not routinely cleaned during a stay unless requested. There is coffee and tea but only one packet of powdered options for both. There is a hot tub available for guest with detailed information on the TV about busy times and tub etiquette. There is an optional breakfast available that costs 2,200 yen if paid in advance. This is a hearty Japanese breakfast with a good array of items although far from haute cuisine. One of the big limitations is how cool the rooms are. The heating is central so it is not possible to adjust the temperature in one's room.

We stayed at this hotel 5 nights and the room was the smallest room ever, we barely couldn’t move since we had to big bags as well, but well I guess there are bigger rooms if you want to pay extra. They didn’t clean the room daily and did not even make the bed, we had our bed made one time — the day before leaving. There was a note in the room that if you want your trash to be taken you should put the trash bin outside the door, extremely weird in my opinion… and they just hang new towels on the door, instead of do a regular daily cleaning and change towels etc. Since this actually quit pricy I expected more from APA. Bad experience both when arriving and leaving. It was a self check in and the girl in the reception did not support at all and was ignoring me (and others) that apparently tried to get her attention for help, but she avoided eye contact. When checking out no one said the usual stuff like ”thank you for your stay, have a nice day” or anything. Every one was just looking down on the desk. Never had any similar experience at a hotel. The location is good.
