“Not as good as other APAs, but still good”
So old they still have old school key for room door. TV was big and new though with free screen cast. About 15 minutes walk from train station. People are nice and helpful. Room on 8th floor was so noisy.

Far from the hustle & bustle of the main city but manageable via Metro subway (Kiba Station - Tozai Line). “Functional and Convenient”
We stayed here with a group of students for a Model UN Conference. There is nothing special about the hotel and the staff cannot speak English at all. However, as is the case with everyone in Japan, they try their best to help you.
