The hotel is very nice. The buffet breakfast has a huge selection and it’s good. It’s right across the street from Disneysea but you’ll have to either take the monorail across the street or hotel shuttle to help you get to the entrance. “Top notch price for Tokyo. 35m2+ room.”
You don't easy get this rate at Tokyo for a western size room. Spacious with good bed. Everything seems great, however pls consider adding daily oasis pass and grand cafe breakfast for Amb elite
