“Exceptional hotel in the heart of Ginza”
The hotel is right near the Tsukiji market and has a very good connection for buses and metro. Nearby several convenience stores. “A frustrating start”
Check in was complex and confusing. We booked via booking.com. two rooms for 4 people. On arrival at the last minute, it became a problem as they apparently rent the rooms imagining one person only.
