“Excellent”
The staff are very friendly and fluent in English. There is high quality environment and meals. The onsens are spectacular. Rooms are spacious. Near to Okutsu which is famous for red leaves. Highly recommend it to everyone!

“Memorable 2 nights stay at the traditional Japanese Spa hotel”
Although a bus stop is just at the front of the hotel, the environment is still very quiet and relax. Only in a daytime, this hostel offers hot-spa for non-lodgers who wants to have it. I had a hot-spa on the way to home during my one-day touring.
