“Japanese Onsen experience, unfortunately crowded with lots of other guests”

“Wonderful view and clean hot sprint hotel”
We stayed for 2 nights. We took a free shuttle (max 20 people) from JR station to hotel. The shuttle was provided by local hotel association. Otherwise, you could take a bus. At least 2 front desk staffs spoke limited English. They provided English leaflet instructions for bath and hotel facilities… more
