We have had a wonderful stay at The Somerville Hotel. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, immaculate gardens, and plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols to relax and enjoy the surroundings. “Lovely hotel, fabulous staff.”
Fantastic stay, staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little faded in places, but we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic view over bay, excellent service from efficient friendly staff. Restaurant food great. Request a sea view room! Short 5-10 min walk downhill to village.

“Needs some tweaking”
Good location, lovely communal areas. Good size room. Cannot open windows properly so room was too warm which impacted on our sleep. TV didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed. They do not supply body lotion or conditioner so bring your own. If you like a bath, bring your own soap as the gel is attached … more

“Wasn’t worth the money or hype”
It simply wasn’t worth the money and we will not stay again next year. Heated pool was cold and I did raise with reception but they felt 20 degrees was warm enough, it wasn’t.
