“Staff are brilliant!”
I recently stayed here on a work trip. The hotel is lovely - if a little bit dated here and there. The main thing to mention though are the staff. Every single staff member was brilliant. Polite, professional, friendly, attentive, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

“Best Mother’s Day treat”
My daughter and I had a spa day as a Mother’s Day gift with a champagne afternoon tea and it was AMAZING. “Another great stay but updates needed see review”
Stayed here for a week over Christmas whilst visiting family and friends. Have stayed here several times. Again a lovely stay . “Wonderful”
Went with a friend for a break around her landmark birthday. I haven't been to this hotel in over 25 years and found it to be still as wonderful as it ever was. Food and service were lovely.
