Our stay at the Hilton Dead Sea had some wonderful moments, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the experience we had here last year. The room was never truly cleaned throughout our stay—it felt like only the bed was made, while the floors remained dirty. Service around the pool was noticeably slow, and the prices for basic items, such as bottled water, were unreasonably expensive. Breakfast was also disappointing compared to what we expected. That said, there were some truly outstanding members of the team who made a lasting impression. First, Aseel Othman from the Kids Club absolutely made our trip. She was incredibly warm, caring, and friendly with our children. They adored her and couldn't wait to see her every day. Because of her, my wife and I were able to enjoy quality time together knowing our kids were happy and in excellent hands. She is a true asset to the Hilton and the shining star of our stay. I highly recommend her to every family visiting the hotel. I also want to sincerely thank Rahaf, who assisted us with our booking. She was exceptionally professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful both before we arrived and throughout our stay. She made every interaction effortless and was a pleasure to deal with. Finally, a special thank you to the pool support team, who were consistently friendly, hardworking, and always ready to help. The Hilton Dead Sea has fantastic people, and it's because of employees like Aseel, Rahaf, and the pool support team that we still left with many great memories. I hope management recognizes their efforts while also addressing the areas that need improvement.

👍 The resort is clean, welcoming, and very well maintained, with friendly, courteous, and helpful staff throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the excellent range of facilities, particularly the thoughtful separation between family pools and adults-oriented areas, allowing guests to choose the atmosphere that best suits their needs. A special mention goes to the Arabic restaurant, which was truly outstanding. The food was authentic, delicious, and of excellent quality, with surprisingly reasonable prices for a resort of this standard. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we had during our stay in Jordan. 👎 The main downside was the volume of the music around the pool areas. At times it was simply too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation or fully relax, which is something many guests look for when visiting the Dead Sea. In addition, the rooms and furnishings are beginning to show their age and would benefit from some refurbishment. The resort remains very pleasant overall, but a refresh of the accommodations and common areas would further enhance the guest experience and bring the property fully in line with the quality of its facilities and service.
