“The best hotel I visited”
This was the best hotel i ever visited. The food was phenomenal, the staff is now like family to me. I will definitely recommend the Dedeman Oskemen Tavros for anyone wishing to stay in a first class hotel in Oskemen. Everything was excellent!

“Good quality hotel”
Good quality hotel. Coffee tea and kettle in rooms. Clean, smoke smell free rooms, comfortable beds. Everything functioning well and friendly and attentive staff many whom spoke good English. Already stayed twice and will go again next time if I’m back that way.

Very nice hotel with wonderful river view. Clean rooms, nice restaurant, good breakfast, very good SPA center. Big mall near hotel. Experienced staff. Thanks for the reception for help with documents;)

“Was pleasantly surprised”
The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant pastime in the hotel. Comfortable bed, fast laundry service. Good breakfast, lots of choise and variety. I also liked the lobby bar

Large and clean room, equipped with everything you need. Daily room cleaning. Daily update of bottled water supplies in the room. Very tasty and filling breakfasts in the restaurant.
